I’m an Irish coach, pastor, and community fire starter. I am known for rolling up my sleeves and stepping into the chaos. I help at-risk youth find hope and direction. Back in 2013, I gained national recognition. My “Bad Boy Turned Good” programme was featured on RTÉ’s The Secret Millionaire. That moment shone a light on the raw, real work I’ve been doing. I mentor lads who’ve lost their way. I walk with them through the dark. I help them throw punches in the right direction.

But I don’t just fight on the streets—I bring truth to the airwaves too. Every week on CRY104FM, I host The Punching Pastor Show. It is a radio show where we get real about life, faith, and healing. We explore what it means to build something better, together.

My mission runs deep. I’m a pastor who believes in the power of grace, grit, and the Gospel. I’ve shared parts of that journey on the podcast Priceless Original. There, I laid bare the story behind the mission. No filters, no fluff.

My journey as a coach and pastor has taken me from the streets of Ireland. It has brought me to the villages of Cambodia, the rivers of Laos, and the heartlands of Kenya. Everywhere I go, I carry the same message — hope, faith, and the relentless love of Jesus. I am breaking bread with locals. I am training up young leaders. No matter the activity, my mission stays the same. I aim to build community. I strive to live the Gospel. I try to lead by example.
